Notary Jelle Van Hove was appointed in 2013 and, together with his team, has built and further developed the office over more than a decade. Since 2024, he has been associated with Notary Jordy Aubry, and they now lead the team together.

In addition to a Master’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Notarial Practice, he has further specialised through additional training in company law, property law and mediation. Since 2025, he also holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management (MRE

He has a particular focus on property matters, specialised agreements and corporate matters, advising clients in a knowledgeable and pragmatic manner, drawing on his broad legal expertise.

Notary Jordy Aubry combines his legal expertise with a genuine passion for property and entrepreneurship. He sees the role of the notary not merely as that of a legal intermediary, but as an engaged adviser who thinks ahead, anticipates and brings clarity and peace of mind at key moments in life.

With an approachable and pragmatic mindset, he brings clarity and efficiency to every matter; from supporting first-time buyers and advising property professionals, to setting up companies and carefully planning family succession.
